Carpet Cleaning
What we think?

We have done both methods and have a few reasons why we continue to offer very low moisture
carpet cleaning as our primary method of cleaning.  Extractions  methods use much, much more
water, usually 10 times the amount and even more! The worst part about this is the over use of
water.  With our limited supply, this is a luxury we cant afford to waste.

Here's a thought to consider.  A carpet cleaner wrote to an industry magazine about his hot
water extraction process erroneously referred to as " steam cleaning ".  His equipment sprayed
pressurized water into the carpet @ a rate of three gallons per minute, or one hundred eighty
gallons per hour. His concern?  At that even if 90% of the water were recovered there still could
be 18 gallons left behind!
Our system could clean 4 or 5 average homes with the water this
fellow was concerned about leaving behind in one home.
We offer Very low moisture carpet cleaning, using the finest in modern, cutting-edge cleaning systems.  There is
no noisy, polluting truck-mounted units with annoying hoses snaking through windows and balconies.

We do offer both hot water extraction (also known as steam cleaning) and low moisture.  Due to the many benefits
of low moisture this is now our main and specialty route of cleaning.

Ordinary wet methods may flood your home with huge amounts of water and chemicals.  This is simply not
necessary with todays advanced cleaning systems.  Instead, our system uses just enough moisture to do the job,
and without any noxious chemicals.  It's perfect for people with chemical sensitivities.  Our method is  highly
recommended for people concerned about the health of their pets, children and elderly residents.

Some of my most often asked questions are...

1) Do you use green products?
YES! Our main cleaning products are actually plant based!

2) how fast does it dry?
In most situations it dries under an hour!  Of course weather
conditions and humidity can play factors into that.
